Where we ship
We currently ship only within the United States (continental US). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses at this time.
Shipping cost
We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery time
After processing, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the US.
Carriers
We work with several reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or regional providers) to ensure fast and safe delivery. The carrier for your order will be assigned automatically – you will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email address as soon as your order is on its way.
Failed delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or because it was unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs may apply.
